Terms and Conditions

  1. Definitions and Interpretations

By using the online reservation platform 7 Paintings by InterDine (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), visitors and users (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") agree to accept the following terms and conditions (the "General Terms and Conditions") before reserving seats for the 7 Paintings experience – whether through online reservations, on-site reservations at the hotel or restaurant, or the purchase of vouchers. In the context of these terms, the term "seats" or "event" refers to the 7 Paintings show. The right to release seats for reservation is at the discretion of the Platform. The "Organizer" refers to the operator of the event venue, such as the hotel or restaurant. The terms "We" refer to the organizer, while "Us" and "Our" should be interpreted accordingly. The term "You" refers to the person making the reservation or anyone acting on your behalf or with your permission, as reasonably determined by us. The use of "Your" should be understood analogously.

  1. Reservations

1) All prices are stated in euros (€) and include the service charge as well as the statutory value-added tax.

2) The reservation of seats for the 7 Paintings events at the respective venues is subject to availability and in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before making your reservation. If you have any questions, we are happy to assist you before you complete your reservation. Completing the reservation process is considered acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

3) The confirmation of seat reservations for an event will be sent to the email address you provided in the system after the reservation has been successfully completed.

4) Seat allocation for the event is subject to availability and will be determined on-site by the operator. Subsequent changes or reservations for specific seats are not possible.

5) The reservation is valid only on the day of the event and at the booked time.

6) Any unlawful use of the 7paintings.com website, its content, or data for the sale or resale of seats, for advertising or business purposes, or for personal gain, including the resale of seats, is prohibited without prior written consent from the Platform. In case of violations, we reserve the right to impose a contractual penalty of up to €10,000 on the affected customers.

7) We accept no liability for lost, stolen, or destroyed booking confirmations.

8) Our liability is limited to bookings made through platforms managed by us.

9) Possession or use of a booking confirmation does not grant any rights, including the right to use, modify, copy, or trade the symbols, trademarks, and/or logos appearing on the booking confirmation. This also applies to intellectual property.

10) Any reservation or booking confirmation that violates these General Terms and Conditions is invalid. Rights transferred or established through such a reservation are void. Any attempt to use an invalid reservation to gain access to the 7 Paintings event will be considered trespassing. This will result in exclusion from the event and may lead to legal action. Invalid reservations are non-refundable.

11) Reservations can be transferred to another person. Changes must be reported no later than 4 (four) hours before the booked time via: info@7paintings.com.

Meal preferences cannot be changed after the initial booking.

12) By performing an action (e.g., reservation, booking, voucher purchase) on the booking website, the customer confirms the following:

  1. The customer has full legal capacity to use the website.
  2. If the customer is a legal entity, they are authorized to act on behalf of that entity.
  3. The customer has read, understood, and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of 7 Paintings (www.7paintings.com).
  1. Prices and Deposits

1) The price for your reservation corresponds to the price set at the time of booking. Please note that the price stated in the booking confirmation is valid. Individual discount or promotional codes cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers, or loyalty cards.

2) Deposits made as part of a booking or reservation are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. In this case, customers can choose to reschedule the event or request a refund of the deposit. Processing a refund may take up to 14 business days.

3) The remaining payment must be settled at the venue.

  1. Event Changes

The organizer or the platform reserves the right to postpone, delay, cancel, interrupt, or terminate the event due to technical issues, hazardous situations, or other significant reasons beyond reasonable control.

  1. Liability

The organizer and the platform accept no liability for costs incurred by the customer in the event of changes to the event as described under point 4, including travel, accommodation, or other related services. Decisions to postpone or delay events on-site in such cases are beyond the control of the organizer. In such instances, the organizer is not liable and does not provide compensation or reimbursement for incurred costs.

  1. Cancellation or Rescheduling of an Event

It is your responsibility to verify whether an event has been canceled or rescheduled, including the rescheduling of the date and time in case of a postponement.

In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of an event, the platform will do its best to inform you in a timely manner.

  1. Use of Information and Data

To facilitate the seat reservation process, we collect data from individuals making reservations through the 7 Paintings booking platform. Detailed information can be found in our privacy policy.

  1. Admission Requirements

1) Punctuality is crucial for participation in the dinner show. We strongly recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the show begins. The on-site organizer will not repeat parts of the show or issue refunds if you miss the event due to being late and the show has already started.

2) The organizer cannot guarantee that the prepared dishes are free of common allergens such as nuts, dairy, or gluten. We recommend carefully reviewing the menu on our website before booking the event.

3) You are responsible for your own health and safety. You must take all necessary precautions according to your health condition, including diabetes, food allergies, and intolerances, without recourse to the organizer.

4) The operator reserves the right to deny you entry to the venue for various reasons, such as health or safety concerns, licensing requirements, or an invalid reservation.

5) The operator may ask you to leave the venue at any time and for justified reasons. They may take all reasonable measures to enforce this right.

6) For example, the operator may remove anyone who:

  1. a) behaves in a way that, in the reasonable opinion of the platform, disturbs or may disturb the experience of other guests;

uses threatening, abusive, or provocative words or behavior that could disturb the peace of other guests;

  1. c) is, in the opinion of the on-site organizer, under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

7) You are required to follow the instructions of the operator, staff, and security personnel. Individuals denied entry due to their behavior will not receive a refund.

8) You voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with the event, regardless of whether they occur before, during, or after the actual event, including death, injury, loss, damage, or liability.

  1. Restrictions and Prohibitions

1) The use of devices to record or transmit audio, image, or audiovisual material, or information or data at the venue, is strictly prohibited unless the use is solely for personal purposes and sharing on personal social media. Any recording made during the event constitutes a violation of these terms and will automatically become the property of the platform.

The platform and the organizer accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage of confiscated items.

The platform reserves the right to use photos/videos taken at a 7 Paintings dinner show event without the explicit written consent of the individuals depicted. The platform may use the photo/video in publications or other media materials produced, used, or commissioned by the platform, including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. Individuals who do not wish to have their image captured or distributed must promptly inform the platform.

2) The following actions are strictly prohibited at the venue:

  1. a) Bringing animals;
  2. b) Bringing your own food and drinks (unless permitted by the organizer);
  3. c) Carrying bottles, cans, or glass containers (unless permitted by the organizer);
  4. d) Possession of potential weapons, including sharp or pointed objects (e.g., knives);
  5. e) Use or possession of illegal substances;
  6. f) Use of professional/commercial recording devices (unless permitted by the organizer).
  1. Refunds

1) Reservations and deposits are generally non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation by the organizer or platform, there is an option to reschedule. In case of event rescheduling, reserved seats remain valid for the new date unless otherwise notified.

2) Exceptions apply to corporate events that have purchased seats in advance. Even for corporate events, all purchased seats are generally non-refundable or non-cancellable, unless the cancellation is made by the organizer and platform within an individually agreed timeframe. If a refund is chosen, the process may take up to 14 business days.

    General Terms and Conditions of InterDine GmbH – Vouchers

    1. Contractual partner and address

    2. Vouchers

    Vouchers can be used as partial payment for a dinner show and for drinks. If the value of the voucher does not cover the total amount, the difference is to be paid on the spot. A cash payment or reimbursement of the remaining amount is excluded.

    3. Conclusion of contract

    The contract between InterDine GmbH and the customer is concluded when the customer buys the voucher in the voucher shop and completes the purchase by entering his or her data and confirming the order.

    4. Voucher value

    The customers can determine the voucher value themselves. A cash payment of the voucher value and residual values are excluded.

    5. Delivery

    The vouchers are always sent as a PDF file by email and, if ordered, as a postcard in the letter. The delivery is carried out exclusively by DHL.

    6. Validity of the vouchers

    Vouchers are valid for 3 years.

    7. Disclaimer

    7.1 Disclaimer of liability for availability:

    We do not guarantee the constant and uninterrupted availability of our voucher shop. In particular, maintenance work or unforeseen technical problems can lead to temporary failures. We are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from a temporary unavailability of the voucher shop.

    7.2 Disclaimer of liability for content:

    The information, descriptions and prices of vouchers contained in our voucher shop have been carefully compiled. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of this information. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies.

    7.3 Disclaimer for technical problems:

    We make every effort to avoid technical problems in connection with our voucher shop. However, we cannot guarantee that the service will be error-free and uninterrupted. We are not liable for technical problems such as server failures or data loss.

    7.4 Disclaimer for returns:

    Vouchers that have been purchased can only be returned or exchanged as a gesture of goodwill.

    8. Right of cancellation

    You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of vouchers within 14 days without stating a reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you purchased the vouchers or goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us, InterDine GmbH, Heinrich-Heine-Gärten 5, 40549 Düsseldorf, Tel. (069) 34 87 59 67, E-Mail: info@7paintings.com, by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by email or phone call) of your decision to cancel this contract.

    9. Consequences of cancellation

    If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

    We will use the same means of payment for this repayment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this repayment.

    We may refuse a refund until we have received the vouchers or goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the vouchers or goods. You must return the vouchers or goods to us immediately and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. You must bear the costs of returns.

    10. Miscellaneous

    Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the purpose of the invalid provision. German law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction for companies is Düsseldorf. For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction shall apply.
